2015-11-09 14:48:14
This recipe will convince you that baked chicken wings are even better than deep fried. The wings are crispy, juicy and bursting with flavour. Eat them plain or coat them with your favourite sauce. The coating works with sweet and savory flavours as well as spicy hot and vinegary like traditional roadhouse wing. Baking them also makes them easier to prepare at home and much healthier for your family.

- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

- 2.On a cookie sheet place a cookie rack. Grease cookie rack and set aside.
- 3.In a bowl mix cornstarch, all purpose flour, seasoned bread crumbs, old bay seasoning, dried oregano, granulated garlic powder, salt and pepper.

- 5.Remove chicken wings from the flour mix and shake off excess. Place chicken wings on the cookie rack.
