Keep starter in fridge. Feed starter every 2-3 days. Mark jar with elastic at starter level after feeding.

  • 25 g of water
  • 25 g of flour

  • Weigh and mix flour and water into a solution.
  • Add mixture to starter and mix.
  • Set starter on counter for 2-3 hours
  • Refrigerate.
