Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 4 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- 1. For the pie pastry, mix the all-purpose flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Slowly add the oil and combine with a fork. Slowly add the ice water and milk.
- 2. Use your hands to form dough. Separate dough into two balls, wrap tightly with plastic wrap, and store until needed.
- 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust or pie pastry into pie dish. Pour blueberries into pie shell.
- 4. Add the tablespoon of flour, cinnamon and maple syrup.
- 5. Cover the pie with pie pastry cut any excess pastry off edge of pie plate. Cut two small slits in the middle of the plate.
- 6. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until bubbly. Let cool and serve.
