Blueberry Pie

Ingredients
  1. 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1 tsp salt
  3. 1/2 cup canola oil
  4. 1/4 cup ice water
  5. 2 Tbsp milk
  6. 4 1/2 cups blueberries
  7. 1 Tbsp flour
  8. 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  9. 1 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
  1. 1. For the pie pastry, mix the all-purpose flour, salt and sugar in a bowl. Slowly add the oil and combine with a fork. Slowly add the ice water and milk.
  2. 2. Use your hands to form dough. Separate dough into two balls, wrap tightly with plastic wrap, and store until needed.
  3. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place pie crust or pie pastry into pie dish. Pour blueberries into pie shell.
  4. 4. Add the tablespoon of flour, cinnamon and maple syrup.
  5. 5. Cover the pie with pie pastry cut any excess pastry off edge of pie plate. Cut two small slits in the middle of the plate.
  6. 6. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until bubbly. Let cool and serve.
