Ingredients
  1. 7 oz. jar of roasted red peppers, drained and diced
  2. 3/4 pound Monterrey Jack cheese
  3. 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  4. 1 cup mayonnaise
  5. 1 Tbsp minced onion
  6. 1 garlic clove
  7. 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
  1. 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Mix all ingredients together and place in a small baking dish.
  3. 3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
