Ingredients
- 7 oz. jar of roasted red peppers, drained and diced
- 3/4 pound Monterrey Jack cheese
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Mix all ingredients together and place in a small baking dish.
- 3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
