Chocolate Bran Muffins

Ingredients
  1. 3 cups All Bran cereal
  2. 2 1/2 cups water
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  4. 1 box low fat brownie mix (Betty Crocker)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Soak All Bran in water for 5 minutes.
  3. Add baking powder and brownie mix to All Bran and blend together.
  4. Pour into ungreased muffin tins.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Notes
  1. Recipe makes 24 mini muffins at one point per muffin or 12 muffins at two points each.
