Ingredients
  1. 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  2. 2 cups fresh cauliflower florets
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  5. 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  6. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  7. 1 cup sharp orange cheese
  8. 1/4 cup butter melted
  9. 6 of or 120 gram package of seasoned croutons, crushed
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cook vegetables separately, drain wel and distribute evenly in buttered casserole dish.
  3. Beat eggs and combine with the mayonnaise, onion, soup and 1/2 cup of the cheese. Pour the egg mixture over top of the vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and level with a spoon.
  5. Pour melted butter over top and evenly distribute the croutons on top.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.
