Notes:
Keep starter in fridge. Feed starter every 2-3 days. Mark jar with elastic at starter level after feeding.

Ingredients
- 25 g of water
- 25 g of flour
Instructions:
- Weigh and mix flour and water into a solution.
- Add mixture to starter and mix.
- Set starter on counter for 2-3 hours
- Refrigerate.
