Oven Night Chicken

Ingredients
- 8 boneless chicken breasts ( halves)
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 2 packages frozen broccoli spears or fresh steamed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sherry
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp curry powder
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Cook chicken breasts in rosemary in a small amount of oil ( or butter) in large skillet. Remove from heat; cool. Chop chicken into cubes. Lay broccoli on bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking sheet.
- 2. Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, sherry paprika, prepared mustard and curry powder. Put half of this sauce over broccoli; add chicken and rest of sauce.
- 3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and finish baking.
