Oven Night Chicken

Ingredients
  1. 8 boneless chicken breasts ( halves)
  2. 1 tsp rosemary
  3. 2 packages frozen broccoli spears or fresh steamed
  4. 1 can cream of chicken soup
  5. 1/2 cup sour cream
  6. 1/2 mayonnaise
  7. 2 Tbsp sherry
  8. 1 tsp paprika
  9. 1 tsp mustard
  10. 1/4 tsp curry powder
  11. 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions
  1. 1. Cook chicken breasts in rosemary in a small amount of oil ( or butter) in large skillet. Remove from heat; cool. Chop chicken into cubes. Lay broccoli on bottom of 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking sheet.
  2. 2. Combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, sherry paprika, prepared mustard and curry powder. Put half of this sauce over broccoli; add chicken and rest of sauce.
  3. 3. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and finish baking.
